Surin Beach Apartment Neighborhood and Area

Surin Beach Apartment is approximately 450 meters to Surin Beach and along the way and in the area you will walk past several massage spas – from modest to quite upscale, several laundries, mini-markets and even a 7-11, upscale dining (one of Phuket’s finest!) along with the most modest of street-side dining – and a choice of just about everything in between.

ATMs are also plentiful. For major shopping a Tesco-Lotus Supermarket in just 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles) away in Cherng Talay.

Otherwise, all Phuket has to offer is just a short stroll from your apartment’s door.  Straight out to the street and a bit to the right is an ATM, across the street is the 7-11 with another ATM (see above right).

On down the street to the right (the beach is to the left but we are wandering just a bit) is Plaza Surin – excellent upscale shopping and topped with Opus One – one of Phuket’s finest restaurants.

Time to head down to the beach – head out to the street from the apartment and turn left.

As you walk down the street to the beach you will pass several laundries, mini-markets, day spas, shops and restaurants.  Rather quickly on your left is the Blue Lagoon Restaurant – great Thai food at local prices.  Along the way also you will find a Pharmacy (Chemist) and a couple laundries.

Also along the way – probably one of Phuket’s best day spas, the Roseberry.  Founded by one of the original therapist trainers at the Banyan Tree – years back – she has opened her own spa and put her considerable expertise to work.
